By using this website and engaging with Nuri's Glam services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Business Model

Nuri's Glam supplies bespoke furniture, professional beauty equipment and complete commercial beauty fitout solutions.

Every quotation is individually prepared and every project is tailored to each client. We do not carry standard stock. Each piece is manufactured specifically for your project, allowing complete customisation of colours, materials, finishes and dimensions.

Quotations

All quotations are valid only for the stated period. Prices may change after the quotation expires due to freight costs, material availability, exchange rates or supplier pricing.

A revised quotation may be required if the original quotation period has lapsed before approval and deposit are received.

Orders & Production

Production begins only after written quotation approval and receipt of the required deposit.

As products are custom manufactured, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable after production begins.

Product Customisation

Colours, materials, fabrics, finishes and dimensions are selected by the client during the quotation process.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before production begins. Nuri's Glam is not liable for errors in client-approved specifications.

Designs & Visualisations

Photorealistic renders, concept images and visualisations are intended to illustrate the overall design concept.

Minor variations in colours, textures, materials or finishes may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting conditions or screen calibration. The physical product may differ slightly from digital representations.

Measurements & Site Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate site measurements and installation information.

Nuri's Glam is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the client or third parties, including but not limited to fitment issues, space constraints or installation complications.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance, shipping schedules, weather conditions, local carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, Nuri's Glam is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control.

International Shipments

Depending on the destination, shipments may be supplied under DDP, CIF or other agreed Incoterms specified in the quotation.

The applicable Incoterm, delivery obligations and risk transfer point will always be confirmed in your quotation before production begins.

Warranty

All products include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuri's Glam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, business interruption, loss of profits or delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities or force majeure events.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product photography, renders, layouts, branding, logos and design materials remain the intellectual property of Nuri's Glam unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any materials on this website without our prior written consent.
